  • 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • A pinch of cinnamon or cardamom

In a small saucepan, pour the milk and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Add the turmeric and ground black pepper to the milk. Stir well to ensure the turmeric is well-dissolved. Add the ginger and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly. Strain the turmeric milk into a cup to remove any solid particles. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately.
