This makes it the perfect self-care ritual to pair with your weekly Manjishtha Mud face mask routine. Our co-founder Deepika Padukone has shared some of her favourite songs so you can plug in while you mask.

“Music has been an integral part of my everyday self-care ritual for as long as I can remember.

After a long day’s work, the first thing I do when I get back home is play music. Music helps me unwind by acting as a bridge between the outside world and my home. I find this ritual to be very relaxing and therapeutic.

    How to Incorporate this Playlist into Your Masking Routine

    After cleansing, apply an even layer of Manjishtha Mud mask onto the skin. Avoid the area around the eyes. Leave it on for about 20-25 minutes.

     

    Find a relaxing spot in your home and tune into this playlist. When you have listened to all the songs, you know it is time to wash off the mask.

     

    Rinse off the mask with lukewarm water and gently massage the skin with your fingertips. Pat dry and follow it up with a moisturiser. During the day, finish up with sunscreen.
